Job Title:
Lead Teacher
Job Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Have or actively working toward a BS Degree in Early Childhood Development
and/or
Have or actively working toward a Child Development Associate Degree
(CDA) or
Have four (4) years experience in a child development program as an Lead Teacher
Must have transportation & be willing to travel to multiple location
Must be willing to work with children 0 to 7 years of age
Must have a clear criminal history
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for classroom supervision and activities.
Employee must complete the following within the first 30 days of employment
*Complete a TB screening test with a negative result
*Attend our
in-house CPR/First Aid & Shaken Baby Prevention certification program
Attend 20 hours of early childhood
development training each twelve (12) months of employment
Communicate with supervisor daily regarding assignments and schedule
availability
