Intern
Job Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years of age
Must be enrolled in a High School work-study program
Must be enrolled in a child development class
Must have transportation & be willing to travel to multiple location
Must be willing to work with children 0 to 7 years of age
Must have a clear criminal history
Job Responsibilities:
Will assist Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher in classroom activities.
(Texas Department of Human Resources requires that anyone under the age of 18
must not supervise a classroom alone at anytime)
Employee must complete the following within the first 30 days of employment
*Complete a TB screening test with a negative result
*Attend our
in-house CPR/First Aid & Shaken Baby Prevention certification program
Attend 20 hours of early childhood
development training each twelve (12) months of employment
Communicate with supervisor daily regarding assignments and schedule
availability
