Creative Soft Pretzels
Ingredients: 1 pkg. yeast, 1 1/2 c. warm water, 1 Tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 4 c. flour, 1 egg, corse salt (optional)
Dissolve yeast, sugar, and salt in water. Add flour and knead until smooth. Divide and shape dough into letters, numbers, animals, etc. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Beat egg with 1 Tbsp. water. Brush egg mixture on pretzel; add course salt if desired. Bake at 375 until golden brown, approximately 12-15 minutes. Baking times may vary depending on the size and thickness of the pretzel.

Banana Snake Snack
Ingredients: banana, peanut butter, crushed Oreo cookies (optional)
Cut banana into slices about 2 inches each. Spread peanut butter on ends of each slice and reconnect creating a snake. Serve on top of crushed Oreo cookies (dirt).
